- Why doesn’t my order process immediately?
We will need to contact you to check additional requirements like site-access and delivery availability, before we can confirm the order.
- Can I choose to self-collect?
Yes, you can. If we know your arrival timing, we can prepare your order in advance and reduce your wait time.
- I need my order urgently - what do I do?

- When can you deliver?
We can deliver during regular working hours on weekdays and Saturdays. If you need your order delivered outside regular working hours (for example night-work), please let us know.
- Is there a returns policy?
In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 5 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
